Duet and Touch-bar

Duet Pro is the first solution to turn your iPad Pro into a second display & high performance drawing tablet app. Add touch bar to any iPad from any Mac. Just connect to a Mac running Sierra 10.12.2 and enable the feature in duet's menu bar settings.

Duet Pro works with your favorite drawing apps on Mac & PC, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchbook, Manga, Toonboom, and more

The new Apple Pencil gives you a chance to change modes with a twofold tap right where your finger rests. What's more, you can tweak your taps to effortlessly switch between the tools you utilize most. Innovative for high workmanship.
INSTALLATION
You need two software applications to make duet work.
First, install duet for iOS. The latest version can be found here:
The app requires iOS 8.0 or later.
Previous app versions are compatible with iOS 7.
Installation is simple, like any other iOS app just download and you'll see the icon on your home screen. Tap on it to open when you want to use duet.

Next, you need duet for Mac or PC. We distribute the desktop apps on our website and they are free!
Download for Mac
The latest Mac version can be downloaded from duetdisplay.com/mac and requires macOS 10.9 or later (Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan, Sierra). For the best experience on Sierra we recommend you upgrade to 10.12.2+.
Install on Mac
Double click the app. The app will move to /Applications and ask for your permission to add a graphics driver. The driver is required to render the high performance display on your iPad and we are certified by Apple to load the driver onto your Mac. As mentioned this installation will only add an additional driver for Duet's operation and will not affect your current system drivers.
Once the driver and app is installed, you will have to restart your Mac. You've restarted, everything is installed and you're ready to go. You should see duet's icon, a circle with a lowercase d, running in the menu bar. You can access duet settings by clicking on this icon and then the settings gear inside the status window.

Mac Display Settings
If you want to adjust the location of your duet display relative to the Mac then simply go to Duet's Mac app settings and click the shortcut Display Arrangement. This will take you directly to System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement. Here you can click and drag to move the screens to the layout you desire.
Connect DUET
This is the easy part. Start Duet on iOS and on your Mac or PC. Now connect your iPad or iPhone to your computer using the USB to 30 pin or lightning cable (the same one you use for charging) and voila!
When duet detects the iPad or iPhone it will change the message from Connect to Mac / PC to Launching Duet right before your new desktop is displayed on the computer.
